MARION, Mont. -

One Marion man is hospitalized and another is jailed after a shooting at the victim's house.
Flathead County Undersheriff Dave Leib says 34-year-old Jason Guymon was shot in the back and the side Thursday evening. He says Guymon underwent surgery in Kalispell and was flown to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
Officers arrested 51-year-old Paul West on suspicion of assault with a weapon.
Leib says that a friend of Guymon's was riding his horse to Guymon's house. West, who lives at the entrance of a private road, confronted him and told him to leave.
The rider proceeded to Guymon's house, with West following in his pickup.
Leib says Guymon came out of his house with a shotgun and as the argument escalated, both West and Guymon fired shots.
