Bozeman woman pleads not guilty to felony homicide and burglary charges
BOZEMAN, Mont. -

58-year-old Diana Arnold was arrested late last month after allegedly breaking into Henry McDunn's trailer home and shooting him in the back of the head and chest.

In court on Wednesday Arnold plead not guilty to attempted deliberate homicide and aggravated burglary charges, both felonies.

McDunn survived the shooting and wrestled Arnold to the ground, holding her there until authorities arrived.

Prosecutors dropped the other charge of attempted arson.

She remains in jail on $1 million bond.
