Car crashes through a Butte business
Butte Police are blaming slippery roads for a crash that sent a car through the side of a building.
According to investigators, the driver of a 2008 Honda civic swerved to avoid colliding with another vehicle that reportedly cut him off.
That sent the driver slamming into the Hilltop Marketplace at the corner of Montana St. and Park Ave. in uptown Butte.
Police say nobody was injured and alcohol was not involved.
The store owner tells NBC Montana that she was stunned by the damage.
"It's very shocking and you see all of the things that you've made or purchased all strung out and all over the floors in shambles it's overwhelming," said Holly Oulman, Store Owner of Hilltop Marketplace.
