Missoula County Deputies arrested a man for DUI after he allegedly crashed into a house.
The Sheriff Department's Public Information Officer Jason Johnson said Leroy Allen Holden III was taken to jail early Thursday morning.
Holden faces a felony criminal endangerment charge as well as a DUI charge after deputies say he drove drunk and crashed his truck into his ex-girlfriend's home.
The victim told deputies her three children 6, 13 and 14 were home during the incident, when Holden crashed his truck into the side of the home near the living room. Holden then drove away, deputies stopped him near 3rd Street and Reserve, just blocks away from the home.
Deputies report there were tire marks in the yard of the home, and it appeared Holden also crashed into two power poles and a garbage can.
In Missoula County Justice Court the judge set bail at $50,000.
"The court determines you're a danger to yourself and others," said Judge Karen Orzech.
