Love at a Certain Age debuts in BSDFF Monday
MISSOULA, Mont. -

NBC Montana caught up with the filmmakers of one production that will be featured in the Big Sky Documentary Film Festival in Missoula.

Filmmakers Logan Hendricks and Kyle Clark created a documentary about finding love at all ages; it’s called ‘Love at a Certain Age.’

The documentary follows four seniors: a widower, a single person and a couple of over 70 years as they navigate their way through relationships.

Hendricks says the inspiration came from his grandmother who told him about the active senior dating scene.

“They all are looking for the same thing that Kyle and I are,” said Hendricks.  “Whether you're in your twenties, thirties or forties we found that everybody has to go through the same thing and relationships are tough and it's universal.”

“They’re going through the same kinds of struggles we are being in our twenties but they've done it for a lot longer,” said Clark.  “So they have a unique perspective on it.”

Love at a Certain Age, premiers at the Crystal Theatre Monday night at 5:30 p.m.
