MARTINEZ
MISSOULA, Mont. -

A man faced a judge in Missoula County Justice Court for allegedly driving drunk and in the wrong direction down the interstate.

Daniel Dominguez Martinez from Post Falls, Idaho is charged with felony criminal endangerment and misdemeanor aggravated DUI after deputies say he drove westbound in the eastbound lane of Interstate-90 near Bonner.

Court documents say Martinez almost crashed into another vehicle then pulled off the road and turned around to go the right way. The documents go on to say Martinez provided a breath sample of .211 at the jail, that’s over twice the legal limit.

The judge set bail at $50,000.
