Man charged with robbing pharmacy appears in court

BOZEMAN, Mont. -

A Gallatin County Judge ordered bond in the amount of $250,000 for a Belgrade man accused of robbing the Price Rite Pharmacy on N. 7th.

According to court documents, 27-year-old Benjamin Reid Bullock allegedly pointed a semi-automatic handgun at the clerks at Price Rite Pharmacy and demanded cash and all of their Dilotin.

Documents indicate employees gave the man a large amount of Hyrdomorphone pills and cash before the man left the business.

According to Sergeant Ed Benz, officers got the call just after 5 p.m.

The suspect fled but officers were able to apprehend him after short pursuit.

Benz tells us police and sheriff's deputy's were on the scene when the man was arrested in a parking lot off N. 19th.
