The judge called a mistrial in the case of a man accused of threatening to blow up a Missoula cell phone store two years ago.
After several attempts to reach a verdict, the jury couldn't make a decision in Jason Christ trial.
Christ is charged with felony intimidation for a series of calls to a Verizon store where he expressed dissatisfaction with his service and allegedly threatened to bomb the store.
The bomb squad combed the place at the time, but didn't find anything.
The trial was scheduled to wrap up last Friday, but jury deliberations continued Monday morning.
Now a further status conference is scheduled for next month to determine the next steps in the case.
It's set for November 20. In the meantime Judge Karen Townsend granted Christ permission to travel to both California and Oregon.
