KALISPELL, Mont. -

An agreement with prosecutors has led to charges being dismissed against a 45-year-old woman initially charged with forcing a 13-year-old girl into prostitution and rape charges against 34-year-old man police said traded drugs to have sex with the girl on multiple occasions.

The Daily Inter Lake reports that the Flathead County Attorney's Office entered into a deferred prosecution agreement Friday with Daniel Parmer Smith of Columbia Falls. A similar agreement was reached with Jennifer Ellen Johnson of Kalispell on July 6.

A trial for Smith was scheduled to start Monday.

Prosecutors did not make public details of the agreements.

Officials say if Johnson and Smith adhere to their agreements, the original charges will not be pursued.
