Toys for Tots helps injured police officer
MISSOULA, Mont. -

Toys for Tots presented gifts for the children of the Missoula police officer who was hospitalized when a woman ran over her on Monday night.

Officer Deni Poling is in St. Patrick Hospital. She's a Marine, and has three kids age 13 to 2.

Toys for Tots is a Marines Reserve organization.

"I can't imagine what it must be like with her family and for her," said spokesman Will Deschamps. "But to know that there's an organization or group of people out there that have got her back ought to make the whole family feel better, I hope."

Anybody interested in helping officer Poling can stop in at any First Interstate location to make a donation in her name.
