Chicago Bob Murder Trial
BOZEMAN, Mont. -

Jurors in Butte have returned a verdict in the "Chicago Bob" murder trial.

They found Jeremy Mata guilty of deliberate homicide for the February 2011 stabbing of Butte resident Robert "Chicago Bob" Bajzer.

It took investigators almost a year to track down Mata.

They say they linked him to the crime scene through a jacket and DNA left on a knife.

Mata faces life in prison.
