Abortion clinic vandalism suspect faces four felony charges

24-year-old Zachary (Zach) Jordan Klundt, of Columbia Falls, made his initial appearance in Justice Court Thursday afternoon, where he was charged with four felonies.
The charges are for burglary, criminal mischief, theft and attempted burglary. If convicted on all counts, he faces a maximum sentence of 60 years in prison and $200,000 in fines plus restitution.
Klunt allegedly broke into All Families Health Care on 1st Ave East in Kalispell on the night of March 3-4. He is accused of causing significant damage to the clinic, including damage to art, furniture, medical equipment and supplies, and file cabinets. He is alleged to have also entered the basement and caused damage to the main sewer line, furnace, and water heater.
Kalispell Police arrested Klundt Tuesday evening, after he was reportedly seen trying to break in to Bob's Bail Bonds on South Main St. in Kalispell.
According to court documents, at the time of Klundt's arrest he was found to have a concealed, loaded weapon, fragments of shattered glass in his pockets, and $915 in cash. Police also matched his shoe print to one found at the destroyed clinic.
