Accused drunk driver charged with being 3 times over legal limit
A Huson man facing his second DUI must be tested for alcohol twice a day or be put in jail.
Forty-eight year old Kelly Hagan appeared in justice court after bonding out.
Judge Karen Orzech said she will revoke his bond if he misses even one appointment.
Patrol officers arrested Hagan Sunday afternoon off Interstate 90 near the Wye.
They said Hagan's blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit.
"We had two motorists call in saying that a vehicle was driving erratically, " said Missoula Sheriff's Department spokeswoman Paige Pavalone. "It was driving into oncoming traffic, and about hit two vehicles."
