Bozeman man pleads guilty to threatening his mother
A Bozeman man recently convicted of stabbing his mother pleaded guilty Friday charges he threatened her.
Prosecutors charged Alexander Sawicki with misdemeanor partner family assault.
Police say he and his mother got into an argument over the possibility of his adult son moving in with them.
His mother told officers Sawicki had been drinking and told her he would kill her.
He is currently on probation for stabbing his mother two times back in October.
The judge gave him one year in jail with all but 25 days suspended.
