Victim’s daughter speaks out following fatal crash
MISSOULA, Mont. -

The family of a woman prosecutors say died after being hit by a drunk driver has set up a donation account for her daughters. Police say 38-year old Tom George Vineyard crossed over a center line, drove onto a sidewalk, and struck Pamela and Roberta Demmert. Roberta died, and Pamela is still recovering.

Folks hoping to help out Roberta Demmert’s daughters can stop by any US Bank location and ask to pay into the “Demmert Girls” donation account.

On Thursday, Vineyard appeared in Missoula County Justice Court on charges of Vehicular Homicide Under the Influence and Negligent Vehicular Assault. The judge set bail at $200,000.
