NEW YORK -

A feud over the $300 million fortune of a quirky copper mining heiress whose father founded Las Vegas has officially been resolved in a New York City court.

Lawyers filed a settlement Tuesday in the complex fight over Huguette Clark's estate. Word of the deal had emerged over the weekend.

The agreement gives a total of about $34.5 million to nearly two dozen of Clark's distant relatives. It establishes a foundation to turn her estimated $85 million Santa Barbara, Calif., estate into a museum.

Meanwhile, a nurse who got about $30 million worth of presents during Clark's lifetime must give back about $5 million and a roughly $1.6 million doll collection.

Clark died in 2011 at age 104. She had voluntarily spent 20 years in a Manhattan hospital.
