Flatehead Deputy Attorney arrested, released on own recognizance
KALISPELL, Mont. -

Justice Court documents show that Kenneth Park, a Deputy Attorney for Flathead County Attorney's office, and his wife were arguing on Friday evening. A charging affidavit stated that Park was "very angry" and throwing personal items around the house.

Authorities say Park allegedly threw a basket at his wife that hit her on the elbow and ankle. He was placed under arrest and booked in the Flathead County Jail on Friday.

Park was seen by a Justice of the Peace over the weekend and released on his own recognizance.

Flathead County Attorney Ed Corrigan was unable to be reached for comment Tuesday afternoon.
