BOZEMAN, Mont. -

A Gallatin County Judge set bail at $50,000 dollars for a Butte man charged with felony criminal endangerment.

According to charging documents, 22-year-old Zachariah Mickens didn't stop when a police officer turned on his lights at Huffine and Fowler or when he activated his siren at Huffine and College.

Court records indicate Mickens reached speeds of up to 100 miles per hour, running through a red light and stop sign.

The chase allegedly ended when Mickens crashed his car into a wooden fence where South Wallace dead ends.

Records indicate he had a blood alcohol content of .110.
