Judge sets $200,000 bail for man accused of firing gun in Lolo
A judge set bail at $200,000 for a Lolo man accused of pointing a gun at a group of people and firing shots.
24-year-old James Robert Cassidy appeared in Missoula County Justice Court Monday, on four felony charges of assault with a weapon.
Prosecutors say Cassidy got into an argument with several people early Saturday morning and went in to his home and brought out a gun.
The court documents allege Cassidy pointed the gun at the people and fired three shots.
Judge Karen Orzech set bail at $200,000 and told Cassidy if he gets out of jail he'll be monitored by a GPS bracelet and be screened for alcohol.
