July visitor count up slightly at Glacier Park
Glacier National Park saw a 2.4 percent increase in the number of visitors entering the park in July compared to the same time last year.
Officials tell the Daily Inter Lake (http://bit.ly/16Dm1Yg) that about 645,500 visitors entered the park in July, an increase of about 15,000 from July 2012.
Park officials say about 1.1 million visitors have entered the park in the first seven months of this year. That's a 3.2 percent increase over the same span last year.
