Juveniles deny shooting out vehicle windows
Three or four juveniles who police say used BB guns to shatter windows on more than 100 vehicles in Kalispell have denied wrongdoing.
The Daily Inter Lake reports (http://bit.ly/1a0uhpI) that a 16-year-old and two 17-year-olds appeared in Flathead District Court on Friday facing charges of felony criminal mischief.
An admission/denial hearing for a 14-year-old police say took part in the vandalism is set for Nov. 7.
Police say the windows were shot out by the four boys between 4:30 a.m. and 7 a.m. on Sept 15.
Police estimate the damage at more than $20,000.
