Glacier National Park officials confirmed three hikers where struck by lightning late Wednesday afternoon.
The hikers were near St Mary Falls on the park's east side. St. Mary Falls is located just over 10 miles west of the St. Mary entrance to the park and less than a mile off Going-to-the-Sun Road.
The hike is one of the easiest and most popular for visitors.
A park spokesperson confirmed the lightning strike, but was unaware as to the extent of injuries.
