Man accused of running over, killing woman to change plea
A man accused of driving drunk in Missoula and running over two women, killing one of them is scheduled to change his plea.
Tom George Vineyard originally pleaded not guilty to felony charges for allegedly driving drunk around a corner and onto a sidewalk in May. Prosecutors say two sisters, Pamela and Roberta Demmert were walking on the sidewalk. Roberta died.
Vineyard is scheduled to change his plea later this month.
