KAMAKA PLEA CHANGE
MISSOULA, Mont. -

A man connected to the assault and robbery of a store clerk changed his plea to guilty.

Devon Kamaka pleaded guilty to felony to commit robbery in Missoula County District Court Wednesday.

Police say Kamaka and two others went in to Jay's Mart in January with baseball bats, beat the clerk and took off with cash.

Prosecutors plan to recommend a 10-year sentence with five suspended with the Department of Corrections. But Judge Ed McLean told Kamaka he'll likely recommend prison time.

A sentencing hearing is scheduled for next month.
