Man pleads not guilty in prostitution case
A 77-year-old Kalispell man who authorities say reported his illegal activities with a 23-year-old woman because the woman and her boyfriend were forging his signature on stolen checks has pleaded not guilty to seven counts in a prostitution case.
The Daily Inter Lake reports (http://bit.ly/176R0z3 ) in a story on Saturday that Milton Courter made the plea in Flathead District Court.
Andrea Wyatt is charged with felony forgery and seven counts of misdemeanor prostitution in the case.
Wyatt's boyfriend, 25-year-old Trevor Lanktree, has been charged with felony forgery.
Wyatt and Lanktree both face charges involving other cases and both remain incarcerated.
Courter has been released on his own recognizance.
