Missing Helena infant found safe

UPDATE: The Helena Police Department confirmed on Sunday the missing children alert issued Saturday for a 7-month-old in Helena was cancelled after the infant was found safe.
Officer Plank told NBC Montana the girl's father, 42-year-old Joshua O'Neill, dropped his daughter off at a friends house on Saturday night, and told the friend he was going to turn himself in.
Plank said on Sunday afternoon O'Neill still had not turned himself over to authorities.
A warrant's been issued for O'Neill's arrest. Anyone with information's asked to call the Helena Police Department at 442-3233.
A Missing Children Alert was issued Saturday afternoon for a infant girl from Helena.
According to the Montana Department of Justice, 7-month-old Willow Dawn O'Neill was taken during a domestic disturbance by her father, 42-year-old Joshua O'Neill.
Authorities believe O'Neill does not have the proper means to care for his daughter.
We're told they may be in the Canyon Ferry area, and are believed to be driving a dark green Pontiac or red Nissan pickup with a white tailgate.
Willow O'Neill is described as a white 7 month old baby girl, 26 inches long, 13 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing pink pajamas with monkeys on them.
O'Neill is described as 5 ft 10, 185 lbs with brown hair and hazel eyes.
The Helena Police Department is currently applying for a warrant for O'Neill for criminal endangerment.
