MISSOULA, Mont. -

Montana Highway Patrol troopers say they arrested a Missoula man after he led them on a high-speed chase through residential areas in Missoula early Saturday morning.  Troopers tell NBC Montana that a trooper tried to pull 41-year old Michael Fullam over at around 1:45 am Saturday at the intersection of Russell and Mount Ave.

Troopers say Fullam drove away in his Pontiac Grant Prix, ran through stoplights and stop signs and eventually crashed into another vehicle. Troopers say the driver of the other vehicle was treated for a concussion at a nearby hospital, and Fullam was treated for cuts to his face.

Troopers say Fullam was booked into the Missoula County Jail on charges including three counts of Felony Criminal Endangerment, and Felony DUI- Fourth or Subsequent Offense.

Troopers say at one point, the pursuit appeared to reach speeds in the 70’s on a road with a speed limit of 35 (on North Ave, between Russell and Reserve.)
