Court
KALISPELL, Mont. -

Two of the three men charged with brutally assaulting a man at the Ferndale Market July 4th appeared in Flathead District Court Thursday morning.

Andrew Nelson and Ryan Horn denied charges of aggravated assault after an alleged road rage incident turned into a physical fight. Investigators report Nelson, Horn, and a third man, Gaige Mower followed Antonio Valencia into the Ferndale Market. The trio got out of their vehicle and engaged in a fight with Valencia.

Nelson pleaded not guilty to assault with a weapon, as well. He allegedly beat Valencia with a golf club until it broke. Nelson and Horn are due back in court in January.
