KNOX COURT 12/30
MISSOULA, Mont. -

A Missoula woman faces felony assault with a weapon charges after police say she threatened her neighbors and their kids.

Debra Kay Knox, 55, appeared in Missoula County Justice Court Monday, afternoon. Police arrested her last Friday night after she allegedly went to her downstairs neighbor’s apartment in her nightgown with a gun.

Knox reportedly told police her neighbors were being loud so she went down to tell them to be quiet.

Judge Suzanne Geer set bail at $10,000 and told Knox if she gets out of jail she’ll have to find a different residence.
