Police say woman hit man because of burnt ham

BUTTE, Mont. -

A Butte woman was arrested Friday night for allegedly hitting her boyfriend on the head with a tile after they argued about a burned ham.

Police tell us they responded to the 3300-block of Busch Street, and found a victim bleeding from his head. The man said he had been struck with a tile. His injuries were not serious.

49-year-old Sandra Lee Hyer was arrested for assault with a weapon and partner or family member assault.
