UPDATE: The two skiers missing near Snowbowl have been located, according to the Missoula County Sheriff's Department.
We're told Missoula County Search and Rescue crews located them approximately three miles back in the wilderness area.
One has made it to safety and has been transported to the hospital. The other is being brought out.
The search has resumed for two skiers who made contact by cellphone Saturday morning after surviving the night outdoors north of Missoula.
The Missoula County Sheriff's Office say the search started late Friday after the skiers called 9-1-1.
Sheriff's spokesman Paige Pavalone says the two skied off a ridge and became separated from a friend while traversing the backside of Montana Snowbowl on Friday afternoon.
Authorities say cellphone contact was lost about 10:30 p.m. Friday but the skiers made contact again at about 8:15 a.m. Saturday.
Searchers had already arrived in the area at about 3:30 a.m. to start the search.
Pavalone says they might be in the Grant Creek drainage.
