Southwest Montana celebrates Independence Day

Bozeman Fire, Police say no fireworks ban in city
BOZEMAN, Mont. -

Fourth of July events list for southwest Montana.

Butte:

July 3, Fourth of July Fireworks display on the Big M at dusk.

July 4, Fourth of July Parade.  This year's parade has 105 and entry's including KTVM!  The Parade start at 10 a.m. in uptown.

Bozeman:

July 4, At 10:30 a.m. is the fourth annual kid's parade around Beall Park.  Meet at the corner of N. Black and Short.  The Bozeman Fire Department will help kick off the parade.

The Bozeman Festival of the Fourth kicks off at 6:30 p.m. at the Hayne's Pavilion at the Gallatin County Fair Grounds. The Bozeman Symphony concert begins at 9:00 p.m. with fireworks to follow.

Ennis:

July 3, The Ennis NRA Rodeo kicks off at 8:00 p.m. at the Rodeo Grounds.

July 4, Independence Day festivities kick off at 6:00 a.m. with a fireman's pancake breakfast.  The parade is set to roll down historic downtown at 10:00 a.m.  Following the parade head over to the annual Fourth of July Car Show and Swap Meet and Sportsman's Lodge.  The Ennis NRA continues at 2:00 p.m. at the Rodeo Grounds.  If you are looking for music, the Open Range Concert starts at Peter T's Park at 4:30 p.m.  Peter T's Park is also hosting the annual Lion's Club Barbeque.

Virginia City:

July 4, Virginia City is hosting its Old Fashioned Fourth of July.  The professional fireworks display starts at dusk in the Boot Hill area.

Dillon:

July 4, In Dillon you can start your July 4th evening off with a concert in Jaycee Park.  Blue grass band the Kitchen Dwellers play at 6:00 p.m.  The fireworks display begins at dusk at the Armory.
