BOZEMAN, Mont. -

A Gallatin County Judge ordered bail in the amount of $50,000 for a Three Forks man accused of raping a developmentally disabled man. 77-year-old Reynold Benusa is charged with sexual intercourse without consent.

According to charging documents, Benusa approached the alleged victim as he was standing at the edge of the city park taking pictures. Records indicate Benusa then raped the man.

The alleged victim told police he unsuccessfully tried to get the attention of kids playing nearby by waving his hands.

When detectives questioned Benusa, court records indicate he admitted to raping the man.
