Transient faces felony charges for raping teens
Missoula law enforcement officers have located and arrested a transient man in connection with sexual assaults of two teenage girls.
In July, police released a picture of the 24-year-old William Charles Stephens and asked the public for help locating him after he allegedly raped two teens.
Monday, Stephens faced the judge. He's charged with two counts of sexual intercourse without consent.
Prosecutors say he raped a 13-year-old and a 14-year-old girl under the Reserve Street Bridge.
Bail was set for $50,000, Stephens remains in custody.
