MISSOULA, Mont. -

A driver was hospitalized after troopers say their car hit a truck with an attached camper near St. Ignatius on Friday. Authorities responded to the wreck at around 2:15 p.m., in the area of Mile Marker 28 on Highway 93.

Troopers say the driver of the passenger car was transported with an injury that does not appear life threatening.

Troopers say that it appears one vehicle crossed a center line and hit a truck with a camper. Troopers tell NBC Montana there was damage to the truck and camper, and significant damage to the passenger car.

According to authorities, it does not appear that speed or alcohol played a role in the incident.
