Receptionist-Administrative Support

Job Description:

  Position will also provide general office support including picking up mail from PO Box, processing and distributing mail to appropriate individual/department and processing outgoing mail and overnight packages.  Manage office supply inventory including ordering general office and printer supplies.  Coordinating with department heads and business office special orders.  Position will also support the accounting department performing administrative and light accounting duties as assigned by Controller. Such duties may include processing of month end invoices and statements, Accounts Payable, log reconciliation, etc.  Position will also train and support traffic operations including managing PSA/Promotion spots and schedules, log fill, log preparation and copy.



Candidate will need to have minimum of high school diploma with some college preferred.  Work history as a receptionist and/or administrative or accounting support of at least one year desired.  Professional appearance and pleasant demeanor required.  Strong work ethic and willingness to step up and help out when and where needed. Must be computer literate with experience in data entry beneficial.  Good organization skills.
