Glacier recorded 17 wins and took the top seed out of the western conference into the state tournament a season ago.

Once there however, the Wolfpack fell to their rival Flathead in the semifinals and ended up winning only one game at the tournament.

This year the team has even bigger expectations.  They return several all-conference selections from last year; That included 6-foot-11 Ryan Edwards who has signed to play at Gonzaga next year and is the preseason favorite to win Gatorade player of the year.

It's rather amazing but the varsity team boasts ten seniors in the program this year and hopes that translates into an unforgettable season.

"Oh myself personally I've been ready since last March," says head coach Mark Harkins.  "I think they're really excited.  There's a lot of buzz around the school and that sort of thing about these guys and they're excited to get out on the floor."

The Wolfpack will open their season Friday on the road against Great Falls-CMR.
