Corvallis crowned champs, completes unbeaten season

MISSOULA, Mont. -

For the first time in school history the Corvallis Blue Devils have earned the title of state champs after they defeated Lewistown for the Class 'A' title in four sets Saturday afternoon in Bozeman.

After dropping the first set the Devils stormed back to win the match 25-27, 25-18, 25-22, 25-17.

Corvallis finishes the season with a perfect record of 21-0.  The Devils’ best showing at state before this year was a 4th place finish back in 2005.
