Montana Senior Lindsey Hall scored 24 points Saturday at the Big Sky Conference Championships, giving her a league-record 43 for the outdoor meet. Hall was also named Most Valuable Athlete after leading the Montana women's track and field team to a second-place finish.

Hall was entered in the heptathlon, plus five more individual events at the championships. She won the multi-events and did not finish lower than a tie for fourth in the others.

Her 43 points are the most ever by an athlete at a Big Sky outdoor championships, men or women, and her 100 career points match the women's record held by Boise State's Carmel Major (1984-87).

Hall's points helped Montana match its best finish at the Big Sky outdoor championships and gave the Grizzlies their third top-three finish in the last five years.
